I had a great experience here with one of our cats, Wheelie. He was having issues peeing, and when I looked that up online, I learned quickly that he needed to see a vet immediately. Our regular vet was over a month out, but referred me here.

I called, got right to a human who put me in the queue immediately, and told me to get in the car and bring him in. They saw him immediately (male cats who can't pee can be fully blocked, which will kill them), and I did wait a while in the lobby while they had him in the back without me, but tests were done quickly. Fortunately Wheelie was not fully blocked, but did have crystals and blood in his urine.
When they came to talk to me, they answered all of my stressed out questions, recommended some food for him to eat to change the pH in his urine and hopefully dissolve the crystals and doped him up on quite a few meds so he could be mellow and relax.
He didn't clear up within 14 days or so, so I had to take him back in, but had the same great experience. (It takes time to clear the blocks, nothing to do with the vet/meds/etc.)
It is super nice that they show their minimum ER visit pricing online. At the time it was $150, and of course, could certainly go up from there, but it was nice to know what I was initially looking at when I walked in the door.
