This memorial is a nice stop along Hwy 84. Just across the river on the Washington side, dogs are welcome to walk in and through the Memorials.

There's a short trail you can walk down to get closer to the cliff, and the view of the Columbia is incredible. Visiting close to sunset might be a good idea.

This monument is part of the Maryhill Museum of Art, just up the road. We didn't go there, but I looked at the website, and it looks like an awesome place. I don't think dogs are allowed inside the museum, but there are some other outdoor attractions.

PROS

Quick Educational Stop This is pit stop worth your time. Educational, and a nice walk with the dogs.
