This park was an excellent spot to spend the night on our State Park Quest. We saw pretty much the entire park in less than 24 hours.
While there are no dogs allowed on the lighthouse tour, the parking lot accross from it has an amazing view of the coastline, especially at Sunset.
The campsites are typical for a State Park, nice flat tent pads, sites are somewhat close together, clean restrooms, and walking trails. They do also have at least one cabin and one yurt that are pet friendly!
The campground has a direct trail and day use parking at Lake Marie, a nice 1 mile loop around a very quiet, lovely lake. Nice day use available with lots of picnic tables. Unfortunately no dogs allowed on the swimming beach. All in all, a great park!
